Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Information Systems and is fluent in ITIL Service Management and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Jason is a senior operations and service delivery leader with demonstrated experience in managing and growing teams, improving operational efficiencies, strategic planning and decision making, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, delivering complex IT projects, and implementing and managing infrastructure, network, business systems and tools.

With extensive experience in operational service management and solving business challenges with technology solutions, Jason provides a wealth of knowledge and understanding in developing service models, technology solutions and vendor selection for customers.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Science in computing, is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and certified in ITIL service management methodologies.
