Case One. Health Care.

 
 

THE SITUATION:

Our client was a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider with a head office based in Sydney. They operated four aged care facilities across the Sydney Metro region and employ over 200 staff.  

When the client approached us, their day-to-day IT needs were being met by a small internal IT department, with additional services supplied by an External Managed Services Provider (MSP).

The client came to Adscensio following a number of recent experiences in which investments were made in technology solutions that once implemented, proved unable to sufficiently meet operational requirements.

OUR SOLUTION:

Adscensio introduced a standardised, operational framework for assessing future technology decisions.

Ensured new technology investment is was aligned with organisational goals and both long and short term objectives.
